Plot Summary: A shadow flits across your path so fast that you’re sure you imagined the whole thing. Maybe you didn’t, because there it went again. While you’re busy trying to see the thing running around you, a howl sounds in the distance, making the hair stand up on the nape of your neck. The shadow is closer now, and though you can’t see it, you can feel it.

Just another day in Forks, Washington. The sky is perpetually overcast, though on the rare occasion the sun actually does make an appearance. In this dreary world are a group of shining angels, if you ever see them shining. To the ‘normal’ people this group is standoffish and act too good for the rest of the world, but normal people don’t know how hard it is for the Cullens to make an appearance among them.

One girl is about to find out. Isabella Swan is your common girl with slightly low self esteem and balance issues; she has no idea how great her appeal to one Cullen is. If only she knew. It's dangerous, what he feels; it's an infatuation, an obsession, which could have very deadly ends, if he let's himself give in.

Edward Cullen tries to stay away from Bella Swan as if his life depended upon it, not just hers and his family's. But he’s unsure how long he can stay away from her. The urge to kill her has given way to something else....something stronger. The urge to see her. With the lingering temptation for her blood and the irresistable challenge she presents it's becoming impossible to do what's right.

And there is where the lines are blurred. Who can tell what is right and what is wrong anymore?

In this world of vampires, werewolves, and humans, where do you fit? Will you break the most sacred of vampire laws? Are you just floating around this place not knowing what’s going on? Or is your sworn duty to protect the humans from those bloodsuckers?
